AMS, nice review. There is something somewhat metallic about these Valdicava wines. Check out the similarity between your review and my review of the 2000 Brunello di Montalcino.
hmmm, metallic. I was thinking more like Valdicava gets it right, like clockwork. I will have to pick up a bottle and give it a try and see where my response lies.
