    Hi Ben. Bravo! “Renaissance” was a perfect complement to our 1. Grilled Skirt Steak with Roquefort Butter, 2. Rabbit Ragout with Dijon, Chestnuts, and Tarragon, 3. Chanterelles, Ricotta Gnocchi and Sherry Cream, and 4. Sweet Potatoes with Bacon, Romesco, and Spinach at AOC. Your visual is wonderful. Delicious wine. Thank you.
