This bottle was possibly heat damaged. The nose was expressive, but unfortunately on the palate the wine somewhat fell apart.

    Spot on. Nothing like drinking leftovers– possibly damaged, open for who knows how long? If it wasn’t cooked initially, it certainly was by the time it got to us.
