Enjoyed at home with dear friends and the following delicious Spring meal:
Chilled golden beet soup with chive blossoms
Fava bean canapé with fava bean mint and thyme puree, dusted with fennel pollen
Marin Sun Farms Fillet Mignon with spring potatoes and garlic scapes
This wine was a sample from the producer.
Funny thing is: I have dozens of other samples in storage, but for whatever reason as soon this bottle arrived I popped it into the fridge, twisted off the top, and took a sip! This sets the record for the fastest turn-around yet! Thanks Thumbprint Cellars ~
